Presentations

Each project team must present their projects in the form of a "project launch". The presentation should include the following:

You will need to summarize. Each presentation should only take about 10 minutes.

In addition to the presentation, I would like you to turn in a project status report. The status report should include an updated Gantt chart that shows your project progress to-date. You should also indicate your confidence from 1-10 (10 means very confident) that you will complete a quality project on time. Finally, use the green, yellow, red color code scheme to report on the status of each of the following items:  "On Time", "On Budget", "People", "Process", "Technology". Green means everything is going well, yellow means some problems, red means severe problems. Also include comments for any item rated as Yellow or Red.
