Individual Homework (10 points)

1. Write answers to Exercises C and D on page 88.
2. Write an answer to Minicase 2 on page 89.
3. Write answers to exercises B, C and D on page 116.

Team Homework (10 points)

1. Using Microsoft project, develop a project work plan for your project (from beginning of the project through the design proposal deliverable...see chapters 1-3 of the book). The work plan should include a detailed analysis plan (see chapter 4-5 of your book). A Gant chart should illustrates time lines and task dependencies. Also assign team members to each task. 
2. Create a risk assessment that lists the potential risks associated with performing your project, along with ways to address the risks. Possible risks could include assumptions, schedule risk, people risk, funding risks, and other constraints.
