The Pike River Water Quality Monitoring Program is operated by the University of Wisconsin-

Parkside Department of Geosciences to monitor water quality in the Pike River that can be used for

assessing conditions within the Root-Pike Watershed of southeast Wisconsin. The program was initiated

with generous grants from Root-Pike Watershed Initiative Network and with cooperation from the

United States Geological Survey Wisconsin Water Science Center.
